About The Journal

The Gombe Journal of General Studies (GJGS) is a multi-disciplinary Journal published by the Directorate of General Studies, Gombe State University. The aim is to facilitate research activities through communication and collaboration, from a broad inter and multi-disciplinary perspective within the tertiary institutions and share human experience which is central to intellectual, liberal and cultural understanding. GJGS is keen to publish high quality research manuscripts within varied contexts and settings. It encourages empirical studies that have strong theoretical background, an in-depth critique of related literature, sound methodological design and an appropriate analytical framework, critical analysis and clearly disseminated findings to inform the academia.
